Download Microsoft Framework
If the program doesn't open or you get a error when you open it, download Microsoft Framework. You can always download it even if the program is opening. It just update/download Framework.
1. Click on the download button.
2. Open the installer when it's ready.
3. Install it where you'd like.
4. Congrats you completed the first part!
Locate your paks folder
Before you can change your skins, you need to locate your paks folder.
1. Open the avola skin swapper and go to the settings tab.

2. Click on the folder icon.
3. You need to find you epic games folder.
By default it is in c:/program files/Epic Games
It depends on where you installed your epic games.
If the folder isnt on your c:/, Try searching the folder on you other disks (D:/,F:/,...)
4. If you found your epic games folder, double click it, then double click Fortnite, Double click FortniteGame,
then content and finaly select the paks folder.
5. Go to the third part!
Convert your skins
Its time to convert some skins!. You can only convert up to 6 items, if you do more Fortnite can kick you out of the battle bus!
1. First of all, you need to own the skin that above the convert button.
2. Click on convert. If the convert button isn't working, click on revert and then convert for a couple times. If you still cant click on it, delete and redownload the program.
3. When you click on convert, wait 30 sec or more. It should look like is.
4. Repeat the proces for the skins you want. If you redownload the pogram it wont delete the converted skins. So that means that you can delete it and still keep the swapped skins.
5. Go to the next part
Final step
If the program still doesn't work try the steps below. I am not sure if the steps below will help. You can always try!
1. Go to your paks folder. Location depends on where you installed epic games.
2. Drag the avola swapper into the paks folder.
3. Open the program in there and repeat PART 2 and PART 3.
4. Make sure u remove the file in the paks folder after you swapped everything.
